Italica is an application that lets you travel to the past in a different manner than youre used to, by way of Italica´s Amphitheater. Thanks to computer-generated reconstructions of characters, audiovisual and Augmented Reality you will see how the amphitheater was in the second century. The ItalicApp will make your visit to the archaeological site of Italica (Santiponce, Seville) unique.
Marcus, a Roman citizen and italicense, will guide you through the enclosure. Each infographic reconstruction will show spaces like the Nemeseum or the arena itself, where gladiators fought. Augmented Reality lets you see past and present at once. And the audiovisuals will explain places that are inaccessible today, like the bestiaria fossa.
